NLB plays a critical role in building a digitally inclusive and empowered society to support Singapore’s progress as a Smart Nation. We are looking for professionals in product and project management, IT architecture and cybersecurity, infrastructure, systems and networks, data analytics, machine learning and programming, among others. Be involved in exciting projects to develop digital services, systems and platforms, use data analytics and AI to drive decision-making, and formulate technological innovations and strategies, such as the Grab-n-Go automated book-borrowing system and the Digital Learning Superstore. We welcome technology and data professionals to join us in transforming NLB into an omni-channel network of libraries and archives. Besides the management and operations of the 28 Public Libraries in our network, the National Library and the National Archives of Singapore, we offer a myriad of roles including collection planning and development, programme and service development, knowledge management, and resource discovery.
